About Quad City Animal Welfare Center

The mission of the QCAWC is to operate a shelter for homeless animals, to offer a spay and neuter program, and provide humane education. We are the only full-service, no-kill shelter serving the Quad-Cities Area.

This big beautiful baby boy came to K9 Kindness Rescue when his pregnant momma ended up pregnant and alone in a kill shelter in Texas. Things could have ended up very differently, but fortunately, Hunter and his nine siblings were born in a loving foster home in the Midwest.

Hunter's mom appears to be a German Shepherd mix. She's a medium-sized dog at about 50 pounds. Although dad hasn't called or sent flowers, we believe him to be a yellow Lab or Lab mix. Hunter and his siblings are now 9 weeks old and ready to find their forever homes.

Hunter's adoption fee is $350, with $100 refunded upon proof of neuter/spay. Adopters must live within 150 miles or 3 hours drive of the Quad City area.

For more information about Hunter, email Debbie@k9kindnessrescue.org or fill out an online application at www.k9kindnessrescue.org.
