So what is in our anti-aging programs here at Pro-Fit?
Step 1) Come in for a tour (10 minutes)
Step 2) Go through our Exclusive Health assessment to establish your fitness level; determine your health age; and assess your major health risks; (35 minutes)
Step 3) Review our different programs based on times, frequency and price, you select from a list of;
- Strength Training systems
- Cardio/Spin/Box & Burn programs
- Flexibility/Yoga/Pilates programs
- Food Programs; Recipes/Food journals/6 week meal plan
- Supplemental recommendations, snacks, shakes
- Therapeutic protocols
Step 4) Once you decide what is right for you, we set you up for your Fundamentals appointment where we work with you in a one on one environment performing Functional Movement Screes to look for muscle weaknesses. All of us usually have either a “mobility, or stability” issue-we identify it and then recommend you corrective exercises to balance your body for success!
Step 5) Schedule your appointments and remember;

STRENGTH TRAINING SMALL GROUP SESSIONS:
Pro-Fit has a system for strength training that is unique to most fitness facilities in the country-we do small group, and we mean small group! Never more than 8 clients at one time on the floor, a trainer/client ratio of 4-1. Other facilities are placing as many as 36 clients to one trainer at one time? That’s not small group-and no one is getting enough attention and OR correction.
At Pro-Fit, we focus on RESULTS and we do that by keeping the number of clients, exercising at one time, at a manageable number.
WE GUARANTEE IT.
Our strength training routines are based on Functional movements that help us in life, they help us conduct our ADL’s (activities of daily living) at a high level. As we age, ADL’s become more important and if we can’t maintain them, we lose our independence.
At Pro-Fit, our focus is on improving and enhancing our clients’ lives.
All strength training routines are balanced and changed every two (2) weeks for MAXIMUM RESULTS;
Each session is approx. 50 minutes in length and consists of the following:
1) Cardio warm-up (5 mins)
2) Dynamic Flexibility warm-up (2-3 mins)
3) Strength Training routine (35 mins)
4) Cool down stretch (4-5 mins)
ALL EXERCISES ARE AGE SPECIFIC AND MODIFICATIONS ARE MADE WHERE AND WHEN NEEDED FOR EACH CLIENT
**Heart rate monitors are used for safety & individual achievement throughout every session, and is a “tool” for the trainers to help guide each client to their goals.
CARDIO AND FLEXIBILITY PROGRAMS:
In addition to our small group strength training sessions, Pro-Fit has another unique blend of Heart Health, and Flexibility programs:
Cardio Coaching; is our 45 minute class that helps our clients who need to improve their heart health and overall “breathing” capabilities.
(Heart rate monitors are used for safety & individual achievement)
Box & Burn; is our non-contact, cardio and calorie burning class that is unlike anything in NWI. Maximum calories burned during this 45 minutes while agility, balance and coordination are taught. Great self-defense class for all as well!
Spinning; If you like to bike then you’ll love cycling for 50 mins. in our cool “black light” lit room allowing for only 10 participants. Small group is a common thread at Pro-Fit again to focus on YOU. With our motivating instructors, and high energy pumping music, you’ll burn more calories than ever while improving your heart health as well.

Yoga; from beginner, to restorative to “Hot” yoga, we have a class for you! In our beautiful state of the art room, we again focus on just a small group of clients 12 max., and then bring them to a place that fully relaxes calms and restores the human body. Meditation and breathing exercise are a basis of our highly sought after programs. (Times range: 50-70 mins).
Pilates; The only full floor program found here in NWI, Pro-Fit’s Pilates program is sold out every night! So as we add class times, we invite you in to try a program focused on “small” muscles and a heated workout ideal for any age group,(50 mins). PERFECT FOR BOOMERS AND BEYOND.
